How can I tell if my order processed?
All internet sales will be followed up with a email confirmation to the address provided. If for some reason you have not received your confirmation, please check your spam/junk mailbox, sometimes the confirmation email will be redirected by spam blockers. If you did not receive a confirmation email at the end of your order within a short amount of time, the order may not have processed through, and your should contact us again.
How can I track or find the status of my order?
An order status and tracking number can be found in the express checkout website. The tracking number will be updated 1~2 business days after your package has been shipped. A shipping confirmation should have been sent via email to the email address provided during the ordering process.

Olymbros takes great pride in its workmanship and will stand behind its products 100%. If this product does not perform due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it with the same or a similar product of equal value for a period up to one year.
Where or how do I return my Olymbros Product?
You should return your Olymbros product at the store or to the online retailer from which it was purchased. Olymbros has made arrangements with our authorized retailers to accept defective products and will support their decision regarding your return at the original point of purchase.
