We provide options for shipping by UPS, FEDEX or USPS.

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1-2business day and orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order is processed. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Olymbros offers FREE STANDARD 3-5 DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $80 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $80, there is a delivery charge of $6.99 for Standard 3-5 Day shipping.

 

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on olymbros.us, visit the My Account  area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

 Olymbros is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with a Olymbros purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for olymbros.us purchases and other purchases. Products must be returned in our original package at new or gently used condition. Olymbros monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Olymbros in all instances.

 

For the return of items purchased through Olymbros:

  • please contact Olymbros customer service for exchange via info@olymbros.us. or submit the Contact Form to us. The technician will then prompt you to the next step based on your individual case.

 

For all returns please follow the steps below:
1.    Please make sure to enclose the following information with your product:

  • Full Name

  • Non-PO Box Return Address   

  • Telephone Number

  • Email Address

  • Order Number

  • Description of the Problem

  • The completed copy of warranty form information or proof of purchase.

  • Please Be Advised: Please remove all accessories before shipping.  Any accessories received by Olymbros cannot be returned.

  • Please Be Advised: It is recommended that you ship your package in a traceable manner. If we do not have a record of receiving your product, you will be asked to provide tracking details. Olymbros will not be responsible for any products that we do not have a record of receiving.

  • Please Be Advised: International customers may be subject to duties, fees and taxes assessed to any returns - whether in or out of warranty - as imposed by their home country. Olymbros has no control over these charges and must comply with the laws of the countries that we serve. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

2.    Olymbros' warranty does not cover items that have been abused or previously repaired by someone other than Olymbros. We apologize, but we only ensure our own workmanship.
If your item was purchased over one year ago, you are able to receive repair service on your item for an affordable amount that includes parts and service. To send in your item or to get a quote on a repair, please contact our customer service department, we will be more than happy to assist you.

 

3. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
